Staff is very friendly and professional. Located inside the Hovey House which threw me at first, but it's a beautiful location. They were very helpful especially for my case which led to my victory and I can never say thank you enough times for that.

The absolute most beautiful thouse I've ever been inside. I took an IQ test there and the lady I met with was super sweet. Just couldn't believe how stunning it is inside. Lady said it was built in maybe the 1800s.

We were helping our son apply for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and faced a complicated, lengthy and bureaucratic process. His case was denied twice by the Social Security office, despite the fact that he was unable to hold onto a job for several years due to severe mental illness. We didn’t know what to do next. A retirement advisor in Holland recommended we contact the law offices of Fred Bleakley in Muskegon as a firm that knew the SSDI system well and was very successful in helping families obtain these benefits. We met with Mr. Bleakley and he agreed to take our son’s case. The complicated and bureaucratic procedures continued but this time we were guided by professionals who knew the process well. Eventually, our son had a formal hearing with a Social Security judge. Mr. Bleakley spent nearly two hours with our son explaining the law and what the judge’s questions were likely to be concerned with. Additionally, Mr. Bleakley knew this judge well and understood how the hearing would unfold. This gave our son confidence that he would be treated fairly and Mr. Bleakley helped our son navigate the discussions that ensued. Our son did receive a favorable decision from Social Security, in part because one of the experts the judge called to assist him “wholeheartedly” supported our son’s case. We are very thankful for the assistance and guidance we received from the law office of Fred Bleakley and highly recommend him for similar cases.

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received at Bleakley Law Office. The staff was so helpful and kept us informed at all times. They worked for almost 1 year on my husband's disability case and got it for us. Fred and his daughter Marissa helped me with my case and could not be more then happy. Only regret is I wish I would’ve contacted them sooner. Fred was so helpful protecting my future medical and just my general well being. I can’t say how happy I am to have him represent me and make sure I did not get advantage taken of me.
